I know it can be hard for you to be online these days, with the social media showing super happy people and their celebrations! Don't pay too much attention to it! There is people who just like to show their life as it was always fantastic! But everyone's life has its ups and big downs, there is not such a thing as a perfect one! Nor a perfect Christmas!
And there is also a lot of good people out there who cares about you, who is dedicated and willing to help, lots of organizations you can reach for help. You are not alone 💖
Finally, remember nature!
Enjoy her beauty and trust her healing powers. She is the best friend you have in every moment of your life, when you are happy and when you are feeling down.
She is always there for you, and it's totally free. 🌲🦌🐿🦉🌿
I am going to spend the next days with my family, just relaxing, perhaps with a new book, and a good story! And tomorrow morning, when everyone is still sleeping, I'll step into my beloved forests, sit on a snowy rock, and spend some Christmas times with the trees and the creatures of the woods.
