Terms & Conditions

1. General

  1. is a website operated by Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography  (hereinafter referred to as “Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography”, “us”, or  “we”), located at Gruvrisvägen 6 , 71435 Kopparberg, Sweden.
  2. These Terms and Conditions apply when you as a Customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “you”) place an order via and related pages, (the “Website”). With this agreement you also confirm that you have read and approved our Privacy policy.
  3.  To make purchases on our web site, the customer must, according to Swedish law, be at least 18 years old.
  4. The Website and all its content is owned by Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography or its licensors. This means that everything on the website may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography.
  5. If the customer has created an account on Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography, the Customer undertakes to ensure that no one, except the Customer, uses the Customer’s log-in details. The Customer may not disclose their username or password to any person and shall ensure that any documentation with information about username and password is kept in such a way that unauthorized persons may not access the information. The Customer shall notify Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography without delay if it may be suspected that any unauthorized person has obtained access to the Customer’s password. The Customer is responsible for all purchases made with the Customer’s log-in details if the Customer has not provided such notification.

2. Orders

  1. Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography currently sell and deliver its products in the following countries
    • All EU Countries
    • Åland, Albania, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican State
    • Australia, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, United States
  2. When the Customer has placed an order on the Website, a purchase agreement has been entered into between the Customer and Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography. Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography will send an email with the order confirmation. We recommend the Customer to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with our customer service. The order confirmation is also the receipt that the purchase has been completed.
  3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided, such as email, name and address is correct and up to date.
  4. If the Customer wants to cancel the order after it is confirmed by us, the Customer can send an email to 

      as soon as possible after the order confirmation. If the order has already been shipped, it will be processed as a return (as set forth in Section 6).

3. Prices and Payments

  1. The prices on our Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are shown including VAT (for delivery within the EU) according to the rate of the country of delivery.
  2. Currently, prices are shown, and payments are accepted in EURO only.
  3. All payments are encrypted and processed according to the highest security standard.
    • Debit or Credit card via WooPayments – Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Available worldwide.
    • Paypal – Account or credit card. Available worldwide.
    • Klarna – Pay Now, Pay Later, Pay in instalments, available in:  Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
  4. We have the right to debit the customer already when the order has been confirmed, unless invoicing or a similar payment method via Klarna has been chosen by the Customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  1.  We offer free shipping in all the countries in which we sell our products, however in some countries a shipping fee applies on certain products, as per the list below
    1. Iceland, 7-10 Euros
    2. Hungary, 5 Euros
  2. The Customer is responsible for any customs duties being paid to the customs or equivalent authority in the country to which the Product / Products are finally delivered.
  3. The estimated delivery time shown when placing the order includes
    •  Fulfillment time: the time to create your products, which depends on the product.
    • Shipping time: the time to deliver from our printing supplier to the delivery address, which depends on the delivery country, the size of the order, the status of the network, and other factors.

    The estimated delivery dates are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee. For high volumes, complex formats, certain countries, or special circumstances delivery times might vary.

  4.  Some of our packages can be delivered directly to the Customer’s mailbox, but normally the Customer receives a notification via email or ordinary mail to pick up the package from a specific delivery point or post office and within the time specified in the notification.
  5. If the package is not retrieved, we have the right to charge the Customer a 20 Euros fee for freight and administrative costs.
  6. If the Customer has made an order with multiple items, the order will be sent in separate packages. The tracking number for each package will be sent to the Customer when the packages is shipped.
  7. In the event the package is lost in transit, the Customer should inform us via email at 
    within 30 (thirty) days from the estimated delivery date.
    If the following conditions are met, we will be happy to arrange for a replacement order, unless the Costumer specifically ask for a refund
    • It is confirmed that the address provided by the Customer is correct and complete.
    •  The Customer has contacted their local post office or the shipping carrier to locate the order.
    • The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
    • It has been several working days since the Estimated Delivery Date has passed (keep in mind that the lost order claim should be submitted within 30 days from the Estimated Delivery Date), and
    • There were no recent updates made by the shipping carrier in the tracking link.
    • We have confirmed with the shipping provider that the package is actually lost.
  8.  In the event the order is marked as “Delivered” but the Customer hasn’t received it, we recommend the Customer to check further for any delivery notes or more information from the shipping provider.
    We will not be able to provide a refund or a free replacement order if the shipment carrier confirms that the order has been delivered to the correct address.
  9. In the unfortunate case that the order arrives damaged, the Customer should report a problem via email at 
     within 5 (five) working days of receipt, making sure to include
    •  A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
    • Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

    The pictures are very important so that we can trigger an internal investigation with our print and logistics partners to ensure that this doesn’t occur again and that any improvements are applied as soon as possible.
    Once the report is received, we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to the Customer.

5. Withdrawal & Exchange

  1.  When purchasing products on the Website, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase by notifying Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer received the product ordered (withdrawal period). 
  2. If the Customer uses their right of withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping.
    The product shall be returned within 14 days from the date when Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography was notified of the withdrawal.
    The product shall be sent in its original condition, well packaged, preferably in the original package. If the product’s condition is altered in any way, additional costs may apply to the Customer.
    The Customer shall register their return via email at
    providing their name, address, and other relevant information, e.g. order reference, invoice number and the name of the product in the message. After registration, the Customer will receive an email containing instructions and address details for sending back the package. Customer should not attempt to make a return before contacting us.
  3. The Customer is responsible for the transport risk and shipping cost for the return. Please note that the return must be sent as a traceable shipment. We suggest the Customer to save the tracking number and proof of postage until we have received the return.
  4. As soon as the return reaches us, and has been processed, we will make a refund to the customer. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment the customer used to purchase the product(s).
  5. If the Customer want to do an exchange of the product(s), it is processed as a return, i.e, the customer sends the product(s) back to Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography and , as set forth in 5.1 to 5.4. The Customer can then make a new order.
  6. We cannot offer the right of return or exchange of custom/special made orders.

6. Return Policy

  1.  The Customer must make a complaint of a defective Product to Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography within 30 days of receiving the order.
  2. The right to file a complaint applies to products which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation.
  3. To initiate a return, the Customer should email us at 
     with a description of the issue and supportive photos. We will provide the Customer with instructions on where to send the return.
  4. The Customer is responsible for the transport risk and the shipping costs for returning the item.
  5. To be eligible for a return, the item must,
    • Be unused and in the same condition it was when received.
    • Be in the original packaging.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the Customer an email to confirm its receipt and notify him about the approval or rejection of the refund.
    If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 10 days.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  7. Products, when printed, may vary from the content as displayed on-screen, such as due to how computers display colours. Such deviation between on-screen content and physical products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.
  8. Our print suppliers are constantly committed to minimize color variations but, printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under the return policy.
  9. The garments measurement in the Size Charts shown on the Product page are provided by the supplier. Garments may result smaller or larger with a difference of +/- 2.5 cm (1inch). Such discrepancies are not covered under the return policy.
  10. When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white or slightly brown residue. That’s not a defect and it’s not unusual. It derives from a fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) that is used for all direct-to-garment prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash. It is recommended to wash DTG printed garments inside out at 30ºC or cooler.

7. Gift Card

  1. Gift cards purchased at Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed in Simona D’Auria Landscape Photography webshop.
    After the expiry date, the card has lost its value and cannot be used as payment or reactivated, nor can any remaining value be reimbursed.
    Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
    The value of a redeemed gift card cannot be refunded.
    Keep your card safe. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

8. Force Majeure

Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography shall be exempt from damages and other measures if the performance of the agreement is prevented or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control, e.g. extreme weather, new / amended legislation, absent permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disturbances, technical problems, sabotage, unfavorable transport, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders as well delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. We shall inform the Customer accordingly if any such circumstances should arise, and if the situation has lasted more than six weeks, both the Customer and Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography have the rights to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Simona D’Auria Nature & Landscape Photography may make changes to the Terms of Conditions from time to time. When these changes are made, we will make a new copy of the Terms and Conditions available on our website.

Your continued use of our website after any changes to the Terms and Conditions  means you accept the changes.
